All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
All orders are sent via a Fully Tracked & Insured service. If you report the parcel as not received but the tracking shows as Delivered, we will then ask the courier for an investigation, which can take up to 28 days.
If at the time of delivery there is no one in to receive an order and you have not made alternative arrangements to receive the parcel and there is GPS evidence that the parcel has been scanned at the delivery address then this will require a Police Investigation by the recipient of the parcel.
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within business hours. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions on how to collect.
