How do I order?
All ordered are to be placed through our Website www.crafty-cows.co.uk or In Store.
Can I pre-order?
No, Sorry guys! We don't do pre-orders, only ready to ship items, all items are shown on our website.

Can I use your photos to advertise?
Yes, all of the yess's! We want you all to be able to gain as much custom as you can with our products, all we ask is that you do not share them in other suppliers pages/forums.
How long will my order take to arrive?
This all depends on what option is chosen at the checkout, we use Royal Mail 24&48hr Tracked services. However these times are from dispatch and not from ordering. 
What if there's something wrong with my order?
All issues with orders must be reported to us either by Email within 48hrs of you receiving your order. 
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, ClearPay, Klarna, & Apple/GooglePay.
What is your turnaround?
Our current turn around is 1-2 working days for in stock items, 1-3 working days for custom printing, please allow extra time for bulk orders.
What's you're minimum order spend?
We don't judge! We never will have a minimum order spend so you can spend as little or as much as you like with us!
