We will not process refunds for items that have been personalised. All items should be returned in their original packaging and in the condition of receipt. No refunds will be issued if your item has been adjusted in any way.

All of our acrylic and MDF items are cut to order, which means we do not keep these products in stock. Each item is custom-cut based on your chosen design, size, and colour. Because these are made-to-order items, we are unable to offer refunds or returns if you change your mind, as they are specifically cut to your order and selected acrylic or MDF colour. Please ensure all details are correct before placing your order.

Refund requests can be made by contacting us via email at support@craftycowswholesale.co.uk. Refund requests will be responded to in 2-3 working days.

All damages are to reported to us using the above method within 48 hours of receiving your order, any longer than this and refunds will not be issued.

Returns must be posted back to us within 14 days of purchase, returns that are sent after 14 days will not be elligeble for a refund.
