As a B2B store refunds will only be issued if the item is damaged or faulty.
We will not process refunds for items that have been personalised. All items should be returned in their original packaging and in the condition of receipt. No refunds will be issued if your item has been adjusted in any way.
Refund requests can be made by contacting us via email at email@example.com. Refund requests will be responded to in 2-3 working days.
All damages are to reported to us using the above method within 48 hours of receiving your order, any longer than this and refunds will not be issued.
Returns must be posted back to us within 14 days of purchase, returns that are sent after 14 days will not be elligeble for a refund.
