Digital Download Terms of Service

Thank you for purchasing from Crafty Cows Wholesale LTD (“we,” “us,” “our”). By purchasing, downloading, or using our digital files, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not download or use our products.

1. License & Permitted Usage

• You are permitted to use our digital designs to create end-products such as t-shirts, cups, mugs, cards, and other physical goods for personal or business use.

• This design is permitted for commercial use on the condition that it is used for an end-product only. No transfers or redistribution of the digital files are allowed.

2. Restrictions

• You may not use our imagery to create new digital downloads for resale.

• You may not distribute, resell, or share our digital files in any form, including unedited versions on social media, advertising platforms, or sales channels. All shared images must be watermarked and unextractable.

• You may not share, forward, or distribute purchased digital files to others. Each purchase is for one person or one business only.

• Mass production is not permitted. These designs are for small business use only. If you need an extended license for over 200 end-products, please contact us at support@craftycowswholesale.com.

3. Purchasing & Downloading

• When purchasing digital files, please ensure you have correctly selected the ‘collection’ option to remove postage fees. We cannot amend or reimburse this after the order is placed.

• Upon purchase, digital files will be available for download for 6 months from the purchase date. After this period, the download link expires, and we will not be able to resend the files. Please download, save, and store them accordingly.

4. Breach of Terms

• Any violation of these Terms will result in legal action being taken.

• If these Terms are breached, your license to use our digital files will be revoked, and you will lose access to the purchased files.

By purchasing and downloading our digital files, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
